      Chemist due open at 9 & when husband asked the manager at 9.05 when they were open, he was extremely rude & said it will open when I deem it appropriate to open. Never have we experienced such rudeness & appalling customer service to collect a diabetics medication. You need to train your staff in customer service!!!!!!!
